应用技术型大学肩负着为区域经济发展和社会进步培养高质量人才的重任,大力推进创新创业教育正是提高应用型人才培养质量的关键所在。因此,应加快构建"一融入二协同三促进"的应用型大学创新创业育人模式,建立健全应用型大学创新创业教育保障体系,深入探索"政校企行"、"学院与书院"双向协同下的创新创业教育运行机制,有效促进"专业教育+创新创业教育"融合,实现"全面覆盖、全程指导、全面参与"的创新创业教育。
Abstract：Applied technological university bears the responsibility to foster high quality human resources for regional economic construction and social development.Innovation entrepreneurship education is the important driving force to improve the quality of applied talents training.So that it's urgent to build innovation entrepreneurship education modes of "One integration,Two synergy",to perfect the guarantee system of innovation and entrepreneurship education in applied technology university,to explore the circulating mechanism on the innovation and entrepreneurship under the coordination of "government plus college plus enterprise plus industry" and "school plus college",to promote effective integration of the "professional plus innovation entrepreneurship",to achieve innovation and entrepreneurship education on "full coverage,full instructions and full participation".
